Tak jarang saya temui beberapa professional dalam usia produktif, namun terasa “terengah-engah”, galau dan terbeban dalam meniti karir dan menjalani pekerjaannya. Sebaliknya, beberapa teman yang sudah dalam usia pensiun, malahan tampak belum kehabisan nafas dan masih merasa ”terlalu muda” untuk tidak berkarir lagi. Ada teman yang karena enerjinya begitu meluap-luap, malah diberi pekerjaan tambahan oleh manajemen dan tetap terlihat tidak kehabisan tenaga. Kita tentu bertanya-tanya, apa yang menyebabkan mereka begitu berenerji tinggi, seperti ‘tidak ada matinya’? Apakah ini terjadi di organisasi dengan ‘career planning’ yang baik dan teratur? Tidak juga! Ada tempat kerja di mana manajemennya tidak bijaksana, namun tetap kita bisa melihat ada individu yang begitu “all-out”, bekerja “beyond capacity”-nya. Apakah ada motivasi tersembunyi yang menyebabkan individu seperti bertenaga ekstra? Bukankah kehidupan karir seperti ini yang perlu kita tumbuhkan? Teman saya, seorang yang sukses memimpin berbagai perusahaan dan sangat populer di pergaulan, mempunyai kebiasaan yang sudah sangat dikenali oleh orang-orang yang dekat dengannya. Setiap percakapan melaui email atau teks, selalu diakhirinya dengan kata: “Terimakasih”. Hal yang unik adalah ia ingin agar dialah yang menutup pembicaraan. Bila ucapan “terimakasih”-nya kita jawab, maka ia akan menambahkan komentar lain, supaya ia menjadi orang yang terakhir berucap dalam dialog itu. Firefox 5.0 di rilis beberapa waktu lalu. Hal ini membuat Firefox 4 hanya berumur sebentar.

Ternyata di Firefox 5.0, Google toobar tidak kompatibel sehingga tidak berfungsi.

Bagi yang suka mengamati pagerank pasti kurang enjoy.

Install google toolbar khusus firefox 5.0 ternyata belum  ada. Lalu gimana dong?

Nggak usah khawatir, ada solusinya, coba ikuti langkah-langkah berikut, maka google toolbar akan muncul lagi.Dan ini sudah dicoba hasilnya sipppp.

Setelah sekian lama belajar Bahasa Inggris, ternyata hasilnya begitu-begitu saja. Yang namanya kursus beberapa kali dilakukan. Sertifikat kursus Bahasa Inggris sudah banyak yang tersimpan.

Hal ini ternyata juga banyak dialami oleh rekan-rekan yang lain. Buktinya setiap ada kursus lagi dikantor dan diadakan tes penempatan kelas, hasilnya begitu-begitu terus.
